Mark Heller started Mark Motors store in 1957 in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights. In 1959, a company by the name of Mercedes-Benz was trying to build a dealer network in the US and offered Mark to be one of the first Mercedes-Benz dealers in the Chicagoland area. No issues with the information, however it would have been an all day event to drive from DFW to the dealership. Seems like a friendly staff regardless.
Decent timely response after my inquiry
Nathan you as in constant communication amd extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Even though we were unable to make a deal, I will definitely consider them in the future when purchasing a vehicle.
Sales person who contacted me was direct. I offered drive out $160k. He Dropped vehicle price 158 to $156k. Came back with $166k drive out. Never contacted me back. Probably they found another buyer. That’s fine. But if u want to be in sales u need to respect your customers and contact them back. For that I give them a 2 *

I was contacted by them and went to see the car. It was exactly as advertised. They were very helpful and courteous. The test drive was flawless. The car they offered made the deal. The deal took only a few minutes. I could not have been happier.
I worked with Gerardo and Steven and both were really professional to work with. I would highly recommend this dealer.
Very arrogant. Not friendly and seemed more annoyed to deal with a customer. Told me his cars are priced right ...... well , why are they sitting on your lot for 5 months ... doesn’t sound priced right to me .
