Mark Heller started Mark Motors store in 1957 in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights. In 1959, a company by the name of Mercedes-Benz was trying to build a dealer network in the US and offered Mark to be one of the first Mercedes-Benz dealers in the Chicagoland area. Over the years, Mark became the largest Mercedes-Benz dealer in the Midwest outselling nearly every other MB dealer in the US. Everything was great and I ended up purchasing this car.
Didn’t hear back when I asked questions after the initial contact. Update: I learned after leaving the feedback, there was no response because the dealership had been struck by a tragedy. Subsequent interactions with the dealership were truly outstanding. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff that's very engaged to answer questions about their cars and helping making a decision to buy without being pushy or overbearing.

What a friendly, professional, courteous group of individuals. I will consider this dealership for future vehicle purchases. I spend 1 hour from start to closing, the shortest time ever spent purchasing a vehicle. Love this place!
Really friendly staff, environment was warm and welcoming. Both vehicles I looked at were as described; however, I decided on a newer model.
I ended up purchasing the vehicle from this dealer. They picked me up at the airport and everything was as represented. They where great to work with.
