If you’re from out of state don’t buy here. I bought a truck in February and it took weeks to finally get paperwork for tag. Once I got paperwork to get my tag I went to courthouse only to find out they didn’t pay the collected amount of tax to courthouse. I’ve left messages with Tami and Micheal and no return calls. So frustrating!
If you do not have a vehicle scanner do not go there. They sell lemons. They are sleazy, especially Marty. Very unprofessional business. Marty lied from the beginning til the end. He also yelled at me in the middle of the Sales floor because I made the decision to Unwind the contract after they tried to put me in a Lemon. I made a complaint that they have yet to follow up on. Very disappointed with the customer care. They will sell you a dream if they could. Best of luck to anyone considering this place!
I flew down from WI to this dealership because they had the vehicle that my wife was searching for with Ford Advantage warranty. The sales person John Gilbert was top notch. He did everything right and went above and beyond. The issue I have is that they claim to have inspected the vehicle prior to sale, but they obviously did not.
