My sister and her husband leased a Mach E from Mark McLarty back in late March of this year. They’ve absolutely refused to complete the simple steps required for them to be able to get the charger and installation that is part of the Ford Power Promise. Had we known they would refuse to assist or even be remotely cooperative, they’d have opted for the $1,000 incentive that was then offered as an alternative to the Ford Power Promise. Great experience. The service team is always so helpful and fast.
This dealership is not trust worthy at all. They told us we needed a new transmission that our vehicle was unsafe to drive( only has 13,000miles bought brand new) Ask us if we wanted to trade. They then informed us that they were out of loaners and would have to pay out of pocket for a rental or we could call ford customer service ourself. Ford would only cover 40$ a day.
