I submitted FMLA paperwork on 4/4/16. I called at least 5 times and left messages requesting the status. I never received a return call. I finally called on 4/19/16 and was told by Doreen that it takes 3 weeks. She actually had an attitude, telling me that the staff is busy with clinic, surgery, etc. I told her had I known it took 3 weeks, I would not have called 5 times prior to check the status. Poor customer service. Oh, did I mention that they gave me someone else's pain prescription.

Unprofessional staff member. Offered to call me back on a procedure, failed to do so. Called and left a message, failed to do so again. Get into the unneeded office visit due to her lack of follow through and she gets defensive when I questioned why she failed to take the action. Then today discussed a process I should follow (could tell she was multi-tasking) and confirmed the wrong instructions. When I questioned her, she stated confirmed wrong instructions due to fact I was abrasive.
