Dr. Leber was thorough, personable and answered all of my questions. He was happy to discuss the incision options since I've had to have this same procedure on another finger in the past with a different surgeon and wasn't looking forward to dealing with the scar tissue. This may gross some folks out, but he let me watch and told me what he was doing and answered my questions during the procedure. Super cool! Without a doubt I would recommend Dr. Leber!
Dr Leber performed Hamate Hook Excision surgery on my right hand in Spring of 2018 after a stress fracture progressed to a full break. I was comfortable and confident in the abilities of he and his staff throughout the process, and the surgery was a complete success. 2 years later there is no residual pain, stiffness etc. Even the scar takes effort to find because he traced along an existing line in my hand. I could not be more pleased with this result.
