I’d like to share feedback about a recent phone call I had at 9:57 am while trying to schedule an appointment at the Scripps Ranch location of Sharp for OBGYN. I called to schedule my first appointment after finding out I’m pregnant. During the call, I had difficulty understanding the representative and politely asked her twice to repeat what she said.
