Dr. Kogan is the dentist one can actually look forward to going to! It begins with the staff, who are kind and professional. When in serious need - like my first horrible tooth pain, Dr. Kogan saw me right away - and diagnosed me right away - and got me treated right away. His whole practice is terrific!
