Dr Kogan,is always pleasant doing his job He was fitting my new dentures and was very meticulous.
I already said this on ZocDocs, but here we go again. As usual, I was very pleased. The one problem was that the new dental assistant did not introduce herself until I asked her or identify her role until I pressed her. I think the staff should be told that it is courteous to introduce yourself and explain your position to a patient you have never met.
Very pleasant staff, efficient service, cleaning and all work done with care, doctor is an attentive listener and trustworthy.
