Best bed side manner and so good at what he does, kind and caring
The office staff need to step up their efforts, they called in orders for a MRI multiple times incorrectly, they do not answer the phone or return calls. The voicemail is far from friendly, stating if you leave multiple messages you are put at the bottom of the list. The office staff did not do what they said like getting a report. I can’t comment on the doctor’s skills because it is dragging on for months because of the careless office staff, makes me wonder would I trust them with any kind of treatment. Dr. Jacobson has transformed my life! I've had knee problems for years, and have had to walk on legs that were no longer straight because of my knee issues. I had my first total knee replacement 3 years ago, and my second total knee replacement 2 months ago. I cannot believe how wonderful it is to be walking without worrying about falling.
