customer Mark Riedler has been my dentist for over 20 years and I have had nothing but positive experiences at his office. There is never a long wait and I am usually able to get an appointment the same week! He has a small office with big personality!

Mark Riedler, another Southern CA dentist Standard annoying experience at the dentist. I won't complain much, as I have yet to have a dental experience in CA as professional as I did growing up in MN. It was the typical San Diego dental experience: rough cleaning, say "looks good," put stuff on the bill you didn't ask for, and say "come back in 6 mo. The only aspect of that which really annoys me is the putting things on the bill I never asked for, which totalled about $360 out of my pocket.
Don't go!! OMG. They are impossible. The treatment is always sooo painful and rough and the customer service is a hell. They charged me $35 dollars for the appointment made over 3 months ago with no reminder. Here's what happened. I called them to make an appointment and the lady said she was busy and she was going to call me back, but she didn't until after 3PM( this actually happened before with the same lady), then she finally called and told me I already had appointment and they are charging 35dollars, they said they cal... read more
