I was a patient at Halboth's for about 10 years and finally realized he was a hack after reading reviews on this site. I had a filling that fell out and he quickly diagnosed that I needed a crown inserted and a replacement filling was out of question. I never seen him move faster to get the procedure started. I asked him for out of pocket costs before he started anything. He ignored my request and took the X-ray with in minutes. Halboth fraudulently diagnosed that a 2010 crown provided by the patient’s previous dentist did not cover the tooth and that the tooth would “rotted out” within a few years. When the patient indicated that Delta only covered a new crown every 5 years, Halboth said “you won’t have a tooth in 5 years.” Halboth recommended immediate replacement by himself and submitted a pre-approval claim to the patient’s insurance company. Double billed. Billed for procedures that were not covered. Dentists is high strung and talks to himself. Works on more than one patient at a time so he runs between rooms, so plan on being there at least half a day. Facility and equipment is outdated and dirty.

After having to attend a few different dentists due to moving we were very impressed with this office. They were very friendly and welcoming serving in a family-type atmosphere which helped to eliminate any fear. Dr. Halboth was very thorough, gentle and explained everything he was doing prior to each step. We would highly recommend this dentist to others.

He was very hyper and sloppy. They NEVER discussed the prices. Went to him because insurance said going to a dentist in the program would be less money out of pocket.HA!HA!It was almost double out of pocket with him. I would never recommend him to anyone. I could have had a crown done for 450 out of pocket and I ended payoing them 800 now tell me how I saved Plus they never told me what my portion was just came in the middle and said I had to give them 800 right then. I should have listened to my friends and my gut feelings. I am so regretful for taking my family and giving this dentist so much business. Everything about them is so absurd- from the outdated decor to the ridiculous way they overbook their patients because they are so greedy. A visit that should last no more than 1/2 hour can take 2 hours because of the comical way the only doctor bounces from room to room. The Staff is very friendly and efficient. The Dr. is rude. The office is clean and organized. The work i had done was good no problems after.
