Dr Hornbach is the best. He Is so kind and makes you feel like your child and concerns are very important to him.
Dr Hornbach is always thorough in his assessments. He takes the time and listens before deciding on a method of treatment. He calls to check in and follows up if more information is determined to help with the illness.

Dr. Hornbach is great! He never seems rushed and takes the time to explain things at an understandable level. I love how he interacts with the kids
Dr. Hornbach was extremely thorough with my daughter's examination and care. After first contacting the office with my request to get her in that same day and describing her symptoms, Dr. Hornbach personally called back to discuss further and made sure to get her in the same day since we had already been to urgent care a few days prior. Following her appointment and diagnosis, he also personally called a couple of days later to check up on her and make sure she was improving with his prescribed treatment.
Dr Hornbach is an excellent pediatrician and we have trusted with him with our children for many many years. He is attentive and personable and always includes us in our child's care and is readily available to answer questions.
Dr Hornbach is absolutely phenomenal! But really Mercyhealth on Rockton has 3 of the best pediatric providers in the Rockford area!
Dr. Hornbach is an excellent doctor and a very nice person! Very courteous and always goes above and beyond!
