Both radnet and my insurance told me that this doctor and office are “extremely difficult” to work with. After several calls, several appointments, wasted money, and hours of wasted time they never submitted adequate information for an MRI I need that they “ordered.” Despite the several calls I made to the office pleading for them to submit the adequate information, they never did. I had a surgery on March 15th, 2022 on my right shoulder impingement. I did everything the doctor asked me as physical therapy and exercises but after eighteen months I still have pain like nothing was done. The doctor said he can't do anything for me anymore. The surgery and all the time was a waste.
Horrible Experience, Beware of his lack of care, compassion and work ethic. I saw Mark Ganjianpour a little less than a week after I had one of my muscles rip in half. For a muscle tear he ordered an X-Ray to view my bones and other hard tissues, despite my insistence I had a soft tissue tear and needed an MRI ... I was ignored. Mark said I should come back in 3-4 weeks (which I'm now being told by other surgeons is the main time window to operate on an injury like mine). I had the worst experience with their service. Mark has lack of knowledge and doesn't give you the best advice. Moreover, on the day of my visit, I did two x rays, which I asked for the copy to have it on my record. They told me they are going to email me the X rays. Clearly, they didn't and I have been calling the office to ask them again for the X Rays. There is no one to respond and I left more than 10 messages. Clearly, no calling back. It's a disaster. Dr G and his team are the best of the best, it is simple as that. I tore my ACL and from initial consultation, to surgery, to rehab, everyone from the front desk to the medical staff and Dr G himself were always courteous, professional and proud of the work they do. Hopefully you never need him, but if you do - don’t hesitate.
