While my interactions with Mark have been friendly and professional, I find the service to be lacking. I average over 60 hours per work week. When asked to come in to "review my policies," I thought it was a nice idea but an unnecessary task, as nothing had changed in my life to impact my policies. We have had our insurance with Mark for over 10 years. Everytime we stop by the office, everyone greets us with a smile, a cold drink and they take the time to listen to me. Melanie handles our account and knows us by name everytime we come in. This is a great office and I would say to anyone looking for insurance to give them a call.
