Staff is rude. I was informed my results from biopsy would be called to me. The results never were called to me. I called my regular doctors office to get results after 2 weeks. I did not want to deal with smart mouth office staff. I informed my regular doctor I did not want to go back to that office. Both of my parents had melanoma that's was why my doctor sent me to a dermatologist. Do you think he did an exam of my skin, No! They removed moles I told they had changed and did not call me results or send anything in mail.
I loved my experience at Dr. Herron's office. His staff are so friendly. The assistants were polite and caring. The visit was quick and thorough. He answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Herron's for about 15 years. He is so very kind and attentive. We could not ask for a more thorough, helpful, and sincere physician. Dr. Herron and his staff make you feel comfortable and appreciated. We were immediately impressed with the fact that he actually listens to you and explains things so the patient can understand the problem. He is incredible.
I had such a good experience with Dr. Herron and his staff. Everyone was friendly and kind and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long, and I found myself enjoying conversation and laughing more than once, which isn’t something I usually expect at a doctor’s visit. Dr. Herron put me right at ease and took time to answer my questions. I’m so glad his practice was recommended to our family!
