I had a windshield replaced. First off the wrong windshield was ordered so I had to wait another day to get it replaced. When they show up the next day at my husbands place of work it is raining and they said they would drive under the awning to work on it but instead they took it back to their shop without letting me know first. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!! METH, Pills, and ANYTHING ELSE you can think of runs through there. There was a meth bust on MARK COLE property awhile back! The customer service sucks, the owner is a pervert and hits on anything that walks through the door. Their tint is no longer the film they use to use but tells customers that it is. You have to take your car back at least three times before its even somewhat exceptable. The cars are never done when they are told they will be. Ive been having Mark Coles tint my car window for almost 15 years. They used to do the absolute best job in the area. Now they do an "okay" job. Ive had seven cars tinted there over the years. In the last couple of years their quality has gone done a little. On my last car, they did a good job on the tint but the over spray from the solution they use was all over the inside and outside of the car. I had run marks down the inside of the door. Mark Coles has done all of my cars, I have been going to him since 2008. I drive all the way from Nashville just to have him do my window tinting. Have had excellent service EVERY time I have gone to him and will not allow anyone else to touch my cars. Everyones got an opinion, but I feel if you have to go to such extent to give a bad review, then 9 times out of 10, you were the one at fault to begin with. I got my windows tinted on my 2005 F150 today, they did a wonderful job, were very fast, and offer a lifetime warranty on their work! I will definetley go to them again when I trade vehicles. I highly recommend them to anyone, their prices are extremely reasonable next to their competitors.
Um Tee is it? You should be ashamed writing a review and insulting people that you dont know the first thing about. Who drives from Nashville to get tinted?! Anyone that believes that, Ive got a bridge to sell you :) Mark Coles did my cadillac, and there was a scratch on the rear window when I went to pick it up. When I called them on it, they werent enthused. It was inconvenient to have to go back and get it fixed, but I did. Overall, they did a good job.
I went there to get my window tinted, made an appointment. I live an hour away from Evansville and I had other things to do while I waited so someone else followed me down. I called when my car was suppose to be done and well they were running a "little" behind so it will be a few more hours. I read the reviews on here and was kind of weary of going, but Im glad I did because they did an EXCELLENT job on my car. I thought that maybe since I have an older vehicle that they would kind of slap the tint on, but they did a professional job. Ive been to a few tint shops in my time and Ive yet to see one that was clean, but who cares as long as they do a good job. The waiting room was dirty but why would a person sit in there for 3 hours anyways, waiting for their car? I will recommend Mark Coles to anyone wanting tint.
