A bunch of low life jerks. I go in there one day, and they said that they would charge me \$120 to tint my windows. That was to strip what was already on there, and to tint what I wanted. I ended up not being able to do it that day, so I call them in a couple weeks. Now its \$160. So I go in there, and they say it will be \$200. I tell them, but you told me \$160 over the phone, they say, well if you pay with cash, it will only be \$160. We got our car windows tinted by them and they did a really good job. they didnt leave a mess at all. it looks great!! the only problem we have is that the tint doesnt really help keep the sun out much, like my other cars window tint does! i dont know if it has anything to do with the quality of tint that they use or not.
I live over an hour away and work in Evansville. On a whim I called Mark Cole's to see if he could get a new truck I had just purchased in and out on the same day. They were more than happy to accommodate me on short notice and even called ma back when they knew for sure that they could get me in. I selected Mark Cole's after a friend of mine had his vehicle tinted and you could not tell that it was not a factory tint. I give them an A+

The girl that answers the phone is unable to help with anything and she either doesn't give him messages or he is lousy at returning phone calls. We had the windows done on our house. He quoted us $600--it ended up being $700. Which works to about $100/hr because he was here about that long. My husband had to give him a sheet to catch drips so we wouldn't have a mess all over our wood floo... read more

I was thoroughly unimpressed with the overall experience. I was told twice that tinting takes 3-4 hours. After making a 9:00am appointment a week in advance my car was not finished until 5:40PM!!! Over 8.5 hours. They did not call or let me know either so I came back at 1pm first and wasted a trip. The building itself is old, run down, and generally filthy. I only tried them because I could not find another tint shop.I will update about tint quality when its dry.
The person, (a woman) that answered the phone was extremely rude. She had a major attitude! I set up an appointment for 2 vehicles, but ended up canceling before we got off the phone. If you've got someone answering the phone that is hateful, it's a problem. They lost my business.
Tried to get these guys to stick to their appointment time of 12:00pm but they kept telling me the guy was tied up at another job and the time turned into 4:00pm or so and they never showed for this one either. We had to call them 4 times; they never returned our calls. Not nice Mark Coles, not nice at all.
