Home, Auto, and Life they keep you and your family covered. Their staff is friendly, fast and knowledgeable when you have questions and they work hard to give you the best possible rates. I recommend them to everyone!!
Mark Cole and his staff are dedicated to providing you and your family with the proper coverage to protect your auto, home and business. They also offer life insurance and annuities. If you have a classic car you can't beat the rates and coverages on their chrome policy. You will be hard pressed to find another agent that cares about his clients the way that Mark and his staff do.
Does not stay in touch with clients, do any kind a annual review to make sure your coverage is accurate and up to date. Called almost 3 weeks ago requesting someone to explain changes in policy and no one from the office has called, emailed, or tried to contact us back. My rates keep changing on a motorcycle and car after refinancing the house and getting a new roof. Those rates should not keep changing, three times in 6 months.
