This car buying experience ranks right up there with one of the worst I've had in all of my car buying experiences. I had my own financing but was pressured to run my credit in order to "verify my identity." I eventually agreed for a SOFT pull on my credit to verify my identity and I made it very clear that is all I agreed to. We purchase a lot of automobiles - three in the last two months for example, and we've had a very good rapport with the salespersons at the various dealerships from which we purchase our cars. Regrettably, my experience with Mark ********************** *********** particularly their ***************** was disheartening. Entrusted my vehicle on mid December, only receiving it back two weeks later, the prolonged fix time was unacceptable. Working with advisor ***** was challenging due to his lack of responsivenesshe seldom answered calls, was slow in returning messages, and provided sparse updates. I recently bought a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. Two days after I purchased the vehicle I had a problem with it. The vehicles door did not close due to a malfunction with the latch. I was stranded at home and unable to head to work. I had to call a tow truck to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. Since I was unable to drive with the door not closing. I'm back and the issues with my vehicle have yet to be corrected. My husband and I have never purchased a Buick before but we are highly disappointed that we did purchase from Mark Christopher. I can't help but feel like it's the color of our skin that we are being treated this way. We have been professional, more than patience but enough is a enough. They did purchase Eckbond which is an exterior protectant for her vehicle. October 28, 2020 was the date the vehicle was brought back to the dealership to have the purchased Eckbond installed.
