Dr Beal needs work on his personality - he makes you feel stupid when you ask questions. Also, be prepared to be tortured with horrible showtunes during your procedure. On the other had, Dr Chu (his other dentist) is phenomenal - she has a great bedside manner, she explains everything she's doing and she really makes you feel at ease. Definitely schedule your appointments when she's in.
I have been a going to Dr. Beal for years and he is great! The assistants are very gentle and pleasant.
The office is very small and in a basement, so there is very little natural light. The treatment areas are actually cubicles, so you hear the drilling/treatment that is going on next door. Overall, not a relaxing environment. I'm going elsewhere!
The best - period. Very attentative and knowledgeable; all in a very relaxing atmosphere. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Boston.
Searched on the internet to find a dentist who took Delta Dental Preferred One plan. There were many positive reviews. I called and was able to schedule an appt very quickly. I'll write more after the appt.
I really like the services provided by Dr. Beal's office. Professional, friendly...and Dr. Beal is a really nice guy. I highly recommend his office.
I'm Dr. Beal patient since 1991. He is extremely scillful, careful, attentive. My daughters and son in law are his patients too. I'm totally satisfied with his treatment and advice.
I tried a couple of other Dentists in the Boston area that were cheaper, but was very unhappy with my veneers. They didn't fit right, and I always ended up going back to Dr. Beal. He remembered me every time.
Dr. Beal is knowledgeable and unintimidating. The office is warm and welcoming. Many of my coworkers use him and have had great results. One friend actually had another dentist make a mistake on her root canal and Dr. Beal assisted in fixing it.
