I was referred by a friend to Dr. Boldt. Knew I needed alot of work done, redone. After consult he stated it would be costly. When I asked how much he said 'the price of a car'. I was not expecting that it would be a high end luxury car when combined with oral surgeon's cost. He is very skilled but also very, very arrogant: 'that only he could do this level of work'!! Went to see Dr. Bolt for cosmetic reasons and he found a very serious condition. He had to send me to specialists and I'm so grateful to him for his attention to the details. Upfront and honest man!
I travel from Kansas City 2x per year to ser Dr. Boldt. I will not let any one else provide on going dental care but him. Fortunately, he is much younger than I am so no fear of his retiring.
Dr. Boldt is the best at what he does. He is professional, gifted and enjoyable. He has a great sense of humor but his expertise is beyond anybody who has ever provided dental work for me. He explains what he's doing and why. He's staff are very pleasant and helpful. This may be a unusual thing to say but I enjoy my dental care visits with him. If there were 10 stars I would have rated him as a 10.
Disappointed after receiving a referral to see Dr. Boldt. I was unaware there would be a charge for a consultation. Following the consult, I never received any type of estimate of a plan or even a written summary of the consultation hence this review that it wasn't worth my time or the cost as I got nothing out of it. Dr. Boldt stated what he could do, and gave me an idea of the cost verbally. That was it. I do not recommend. I left the office with nothing in hand and no next steps.
I had been to other Dentists but none took the time to explain and recommend best practices. Also pain is very seldom encountered at Dr.Boldts office. Was also given high marks when I had to visit specialists.
Very Arrogant Will Not Answer Your Questions ! He said, " You're Going To Question Me?" "Good Luck Without Me ! " He YELLED This At Me As I Was Leaving Run Do Not Walk Away From This Man.
He is incredibly rude and arrogant. He actually yelled and me and called me crazy for telling him how the damage that was done to my teeth affected me. There are other prosthodontists who have the same skill level as Mark Boldt and you won't have to put up with his abuse.
