Condescending, arrogant, rude, obnoxious....just a few adjectives that come to mind after my visit to Dr. Birdsong. If you have an appointment, I would cancel it now. I am glad my husband went with me, so he could witness it first hand. Non existent bedside manner, horrible experience.
Dr Birdsong is very caring and compassionate to his patients. He really does care about their wellbeing. He's extremely knowledgeable as well.
He is extremely rude and disgusting!
He took concern in what I was needing done and took care of it. I felt comfortable as can be when having a procedure done and loved him and his staff.
I thought Dr Birdsong was hilarious. He put me at ease with my impending surgery and joked around with me and my husband. He was understanding of the work I do and was exact about what I would and would not be able to do after my surgery. He explained exactly what was going to happen during the surgery. He also fit me in very very quickly so my issue did not become an emergency issue. So far, I think he is great. I will amend this or fill out a new review after my surgery.
He is RUDE! Condescending, Lacks professionalism in the clinic, Uncompassionate, He doesn't listen to the patient's concerns. He has a poor demeanor, when discussing concerns about my care/post op, he always made a snide comment back to my concerns. I'm not sure if he was trying to make light of the situation but he never acted professional or caring, or tried to give me some relief.
Horrible Doctor. Would not send my worst enemy
