Top notch dealership here!! We drove 1 1/2 hours to buy this certified pre-owned car and we were not disappointed in our decision. I'd make the trip again! Nice smaller dealership, no pressure, super fair easy negotiation (in fact, we had the price ironed out over the phone before we got there). Brad was our salesperson, but every individual we encountered here was so friendly. The follow up after the purchase was fast and smooth also - we needed an extra key and they took care of that promptly!

Great service and Sales At Arbuckles Nissan.
Went to service dept for check engine light Went in to get check engine light fixed. Was charged $305 only to have same problem in less than 60 miles. Took it back and was told I needed other parts that would cost almost $400 . The 0448 code , I come to find out is a common problem and should not have taken two trips to the shop . Just wanted to sell me both repairs and charge twice as much as it should have been. Dave your money and do not waste your time with Mark Arbuckle Nissan

I received several emails from, Tom Hamilton. Tom was very professional and patient while trying to assist with my search for a Rogue. I was asked what year, color and amenities. I was offered a test drive by Tom. Due to my residing about 4 hours and my schedule. I was not able to make the trip to test drive the Rogue of interest. I really would like to thank Tom Hamilton for his time and patients.
I was contacted by Brad, from Markarbuckle Nissan, the same day I inquired about an SUV. He gave me excellent customer service, via email. I made the drive from Pittsburgh to Indiana, PA to meet Brad three days later. There was absolutely no pressure from this dealership at all. In fact, I drove home in my Murano, SL that day!
