Dr. Willoughby seems to be a good dermatologist. However, the office staff are a different story. They are disorganized, will keep you waiting, and double-book appointments without a second thought. Paperwork is lost. Additional appointments might be necessary because the office wasn't prepared the first time. Ana, the receptionist, treats visitors with open disdain.
