Dr. Kretz and his staff are always friendly and helpful. He is an awesome dentist, explains everything thoroughly and is very kind. He'll even meet you on a Sunday to put a crown back on!
I always judge a dentist by staff he/she hires... Dr. Kretz has a wonderful staff. Very professional and caring. Dr. Kretz has mad skills. He is by far one of the best dentist in San Diego. He continues his professional training and keeps abreast of the latest trends in denistry. His office is clean and the atmosphere is clam, not stressed like other dental offices... The staff at Dr. Kretz's office is both friendly and knowledgable. They explained everything that was going to happen and asked if I was comfortable every step of the way. If I even flinched they stopped the procedure and administered more pain killer. They truly believe in pain free dentistry. They offer headphones and blankets to make the whole experience more comfortable.
