We were very impressed with his approach to explaining the options that were available to me.
Very disappointed and by far the worst experience I have had with a provider. I was 3 minutes late and had already checked in early traveling over 50 minutes to get to his appt, an appt which I should never have needed had his office staff completed their duty of obtaining records for my first appt (staff had 2+weeks to obtain records for my first appointment - they never called to indicate they did not have records). I needed help to get my much needed medication in an "after hours" setting during the Christmas vacation that my pharmacy was out of stock of. Dr. Kallgren helped me to get my medication from a different pharmacy provider, even making calls to find one while I was on the line. Dr.Kallgren was definitely my Santa Claus this year!
Dr Kallgren went above and beyond to explain the arthritis in my neck which I recently broke. He never tries to rush you out as fast as possible. I had all my questions answered pleasantly!
I saw Dr. Kallgren for the 1st time. He spent quality time and listened to what I had to say. I did not feel rushed at all! I highly recommend as he is compassionate and I trust he will be able to help me with my back pain.
Dr.Kallgren's office is very professional and clean. When you have an appointment they are right on time usually. Dr. Kallgren is very professional and spends time with you to make sure you understand what is transporting and what the steps are for your specific pain

The Dr told me I was not to ask any questions.He would ask them and wouldn’t even give me a chance to explain. He wanted yes or no questions. He appears very old, I would like to know his age. He was rude & someone I would not recommend anyone
