I was helping a friend who was going to be a dental hygenist at Middlesex Community College in Lowell, MA. After any work the student does on the patient, the teacher always comes over and inspects thier work. All I was there for was a cleaning. I have been a patient of Dr. Caddell's for more than 20 years now. Previously I HATED going to the dentist because of pain in getting cleaning and fillings. Dr. Caddell's hygenists are excellent, thorough, and gentle. Dr. Caddell does excellent work, is very sensitive to my previous painfull experiences -- and I almost never have any discomfort -- and most times, he is indeed a painless dentist. Very pleasant office staff too.
Appointments run 30-45 minutes late. Office staff does not keep you informed as to the dentist's schedule. In fact, they spend most of their time socializing with each other. The waiting room is dirty and messy, and the treatment rooms don't look very clean.
Dr. Caddell has been my dentist for about 10 years. He and his staff are professional, extremely friendly and do a great job.
