Horrible worst Dr. very uncaring and unprofessional office
I was a long time patient of Dr. Mariwalla‘s. She is well educated and is a good dermatologist. I recently went to her office for a biopsy. She did the biopsy. After 2 weeks of not hearing back from her office with the biopsy results, I contacted her office via text because it is impossible to get through to her office on the phone. They do not answer the phone and encourage patient to use Klara to communicate with them. So cold and impersonal I waited months for an appointment that lasted less than 5 minutes for an all over body scan. I tried to make conversation and was treated so rudely I will never return. Nasty doctor very disappointing as her mother has been my sons pediatrician for 20 years!
Saw Dr M and she was very thorough. Explained everything and didn’t rush at all. Highly recommend her!
Staff at desk was rude- they have no interest in your name, just dob and Co Pay. Now, because of COVID they won't take checks! Each appt was rushed.
I was a new patient for skin cancer screening.My appt was for 6pm and I was not called in until after 7pm.I have worked in doctor's offices for 20 years so I understand wait times.Just didn't understand how everyone walking in WAY after me was being called in before me.She was extremely nice but rushed the appt. Great vist awesome doctor.
I had terrible rashes all over my body. My skin was so itchy I scratched until I bled. I called my Dr. He immediately called Dr Mariwalla to see me. It was end of day but she waited to see me. She is extremely nice, helpful, patient, and listens to you. She is (I feel) extremely knowledgeable and knows her craft!! I was having a extremely bad bout of Lupus. Dr Mariwalla is lovely- listens to concerns and offers suggestions. No pressure to have procedures or rx's that you're not comfortable with. Front desk people are another story- no personality, very rude, prefer to spend time on their personal phone while you stand there waiting. Phone calls are not returned with answers to questions despite their assurance. Very off-putting to patients.
