I had a large growth on my face that my dermatologist determined was Scuamous cell carcinoma cancer. She said the procedure for this is a Mohs operation, which entails cutting out the cancer several times until there’s none left and then stitching up the skin, leaving a permanent scar. Please do not ever use this dermatologist. The receptionists are unprofessional, rude and nasty. They snicker behind the desk and ignore patients as they chat with each other. I actually can’t believe patients still go there particularly because it’s located in White Plains. The dermatologist Dr Fried gave my daughter some medication that his company, West Derm Center created and instead of the hair growing on her scalp, it grew everywhere else so she looks like a werewolf. Dr. Jane Taylor should retire. She does not use the EMR and did ZERO prep for my visit. She did not review my medical record with 10 years of history or the pre-visit questions I answered in the patient portal. She walked in and obviously knew nothing about me. Unacceptable. She openly admitted she was 75 and didn’t use computers!!! I reviewed the visit notes and there was canned language in my medical record that never happened. I would give zero stars if I could. She injected into ino my jawline and ruined my smile. Then to make matters worse, she gaslighted me and was rude. She said not to worry, it will go back to normal in 3-4 months. I had a normal smile that she ruined. This is me just trying to smile now. DO NOT use her for anything cosmetic! BEWARE.

My initial and only encounter with Dr. Friedler was when I took my one and a half-year-old toddler to see her for a known diagnosis of molluscum. We sat in the waiting room for over two hours past our appointment waiting to be seen. When we finally got into the exam room, it was obvious that Dr. Friedler was in a rush.
