They must aggressively overbook and run it in a way to maximize revenue without investing any of that back into the space itself or the systems. The office is run down, nor there is no patient portal for sharing results, nor even a courtesy reminder call/text/email. Extremely frustrating experience. This office never answers the phone—regardless of the time or day I call. I’ve left multiple voicemails and still haven’t received a call back. Trying to schedule or even ask a simple question becomes a multi-day ordeal. In a medical setting, accessibility and communication should be a priority, and unfortunately, this office falls far short. If you value your time and peace of mind, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
