As a Geriatric Care Manager I called Marisa Care for a very elderly couple (ages 96 and 100) who still lived in their home. Both clients were on Hospice, one very close to passing. Marisa Care came and did their assessment and were able to provide round the clock care immediately. What impressed me was the communication between the staff as they passed shifts.
