Smoking is allowed outside but not in your apartment, but there are several people who smoke in their apartment and it comes through the air ducts so non smoker scan smell the smoke coming in their apartment and management doesn't enforce it so you have to put up with the smoke smell in your apartment and getting in your clothes and on your furniture.
