Buyer beware! They didn’t disclose to us that our vehicle had been smoked in, instead of disguising it for us to find out too late after we had completed our purchase and had taken delivery of the car. odor gets worse consistently. I have found ashes in the car’s dash panels when installing an aftermarket remote start system. Also, their detailers aren’t doing what they said they did, which was to clean, clay bar and wax the vehicle. RecommendedEmily Reamy was the first person I met during my vehicle shopping experience. She wasn't pushy, didnt invade my space, and she had answers to my questions. She was always available via text and in person. It took me about a week to make a choice. We purchased our Jeep in August from Emily and it was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Everyone there has gone above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy...especially Emily! It’s not often that you purchase a car from someone and begin a genuine friendship! Thank you Emily! I got my oil changed and service done today and another wonderful experience. Why would a rental guy keep contacting his customer when the vehicle is being paid by insurance?
Marion Toyota was very helpful. Told them what my budget was and worked with me to find a car within that budget!
Michelle Bean and Jerry Rambeau are the nicest, most considerate car dealers I could have asked for. They were direct, to the point, and patient in answering all my questions. I am not a car buff so purchasing a car is a necessity rather than a pleasure for me. So, I really appreciated the ease of this purchase.
