I rented a mini van from George in the rental department and when I got the van it was full mind you it wasn’t over full with gas it was on the line exactly.. When I returned the van the lady that was there stated that the van was on the line right under a full tank, she stated that the gas per gallon if they fill it up would be 6 dollars a gallon I explained to her that when I pulled it in the gas gauge was right where it was when I pulled the van off the lot. So she went and talked to her manager “George” and then she went... read more

Tasha, we're sorry you had a bad experience yesterday. Your rental agreement clearly states that the vehicle should be returned full of gas. Since the gas gauge was reading 1/8th of a tank low, we filled the tank. It took 3 gallons to fill the 20 gallon tank...which if you do the math, is close to 1/8th of the tank. You disputed this and demanded to see proof of us adding 3 gallons of fuel, and we offered to let you see the exact amount added at our gas pump but you declined. We had a wonderful sales person but both my mother and I have had issues with our vehicles. Some issues were there when we bought the vehicles but it’s a very long and tiring process to get them taken care of. A lot of back and forth calls. Some problems are being fixed by them and some are not, saying “it’s not their problem.” I am torn 50/50 on buying a used car from them without it being FULLY inspected. Sorry to be so blunt.
