I worked with salesman Jonathan Smith, and he was excellent! He offered many options and did not try to give me the "hard sell." He listened to what I needed and even followed up to make sure I was happy with my decision. I would recommend Mr. Smith and Marion Toyota without reservation.

I was very disappointed with the service today. I have been coming to Marion Toyota for a few years and I will not be coming back for any more service on my cars. What's the point of having an appointment if people are walking in and getting their cars serviced faster. A oil change should not take 1 1/2 hours to complete when you have appointments scheduled.
