I was a loyal customer who had all my service done at Marion Toyota. On 04-01-15 I went to pick up my car. When I picked it up they had scratched my limited edition rims on my car really bad. Steve the service manager was first of all not nice at all and refuse to do anything about what they had done to my car. I have spend thousands with them and been going there for years but I will never do business with them again. However I called the parts department for a tray for my center console (an easy request) and the woman said Toyota doesn't make OEM console trays. That's funny because the Toyota dealer in Mt.Vernon ordered it for without a problem ! Parts department needs to be more helpful !
