I had the misfortune of renting a vehicle from them this past week. It was a horrible experience and will never be back. I do a lot of travelling and normally rent from the name brand competition, however, it was cheaper to go this route this time. I was scheduled to pick up the veh at 8:30, I arrived at 8:15. I have purchased two vehicles from Marion Toyota, each from Robin Loyd. 6 months after my most recent purchase she is still checking in with me to make sure I am still enjoying the car. Robin was always patient with me and never pushed simply for a sale. Love this dealership and it’s staff!
