The buying experience was great (to be expected) but less than a month later, before the first payment, the vehicle needed a complete rebuild. We were directed to Vic Koenig for the rebuild and was told that before the rebuild, we would need a full synthetic oil change to start the testing period. $50 Was the cost of the oil change in a car that was bought from Marion Toyota less than a month prior. I contacted Marion Toyota to get the oil change covered or done by their service. They refused. After 2 days of arguing and tal... read more

Raudel Zesati, We've looked up your purchase and when you purchased your vehicle over a year ago, it came with a 3 month, 3,000 mile Limited Powertrain Warranty that covered the engine, transmission and drive axle. So any problems you experienced less than a month after you bought the car, were covered. As for any extended warranty past the 3 months, you were offered an extended warranty at the time of purchase but turned it down.
