Called multiple times to get connected to the right department. No answer and very rude behavior.
Horrible experience. Made we wait over an hour just to write down that I don’t have a bump on my arm. Then I called for my pt2 and they wouldn’t answer and closed their window when they were supposed to be open. Now they’re refusing to give my money back.
