If the walls and ceilings were more soundproof, I would rate this apartment complex 5 stars. Apparently being rather cheaply constructed, these will probably be trashy in a few years... The studios have washer/dryer hookups, which is very nice. Extremely utility efficient. Free extended cable and internet, and pet friendly. Well managed. Very good security and the gym is really nice. Again, if I wasnt able to hear my upstairs neighbors, downstairs neighbors, and the people on one side of me...
