No 2 Months after buying a house he 'inspected' we have had no shortages of surprises and issues. Just weeks after the inspection the house flooded ruining furniture. Also discovered were walls FILLED with black mold he missed in the inspection. We are thousands of dollars into the fixes with no end in sight. When we sought a refund of the inspection fee he claimed it was our fault for not getting further inspections to find all the things he missed. I wish no one to be in this position.
