RecommendedProfessional staff, excellent physican
I've always had a pleasant visit at the office and with Dr Mota. I have never felt the exam was rushed or had a problem with billing. Sorry some of you have had problems.
I would give it zero stars if I could. I have been seeing Dr. Mota for several years now. I have always felt like the exam was rushed and I left with prescriptions that didn't really help me see better. After my last visit, I decided to get another exam elsewhere. That exam was much more detailed and helped me see more clearly. I will also be having my daughter get another exam. She wears glass and went to Dr. Mota with concerns of blurry vision. Dr. Mota is wonderful. So caring and professional.
Will never be back to this office again... spent 2 months trying to "fix" a insurance/billing error and or mistake and the lack of assistance or even attempt to assist from the billing side, to learning something new about the billing process was far below standards on all levels. Unfortunate because Dr. Mota and his staff's bedside manner and skill are impeccable. I will never recommend sending anybody to this office due to the lack of assistance provided from the billing side of things.
The best eye doctor in town or maybe the state. Dr Mota is very caring and sincere as well as an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend his practice.
