Mario came highly recommended from a family member, he was to do a roofing and our siding, he completed the roofing but failed the inspection and never came back to correct it and never completed our siding and ran with our money, when I finally got in contact with him he promised to come back and fix it or pay us back, but he changed his number so I couldn't get into contact with him and he has not reached out, here it is 3 years later and we still have no siding, roof still needs to be fixed and no money in our hands. We were referred to Mario by a family friend after this big hail storm that hit last month. Mario was able to come out and inspect the damage the next day. We had never filed a claim or gone through a process like this and he has been so patient and informative through it all. Mario even made the time to come out when out insurance companies inspector came out to be sure they did not miss any of the damage to the roof, gutters, personal property, or siding.
