We were referred to Mario by a family friend after this big hail storm that hit last month. Mario was able to come out and inspect the damage the next day. We had never filed a claim or gone through a process like this and he has been so patient and informative through it all. Mario even made the time to come out when out insurance companies inspector came out to be sure they did not miss any of the damage to the roof, gutters, personal property, or siding.
