The most pleasant, professional car buying experience I have had. I found my Ferrari Portofino online and contacted Kerry at Marino Motors on Saturday. He informed me the car had just arrived and would be in the showroom Monday, unfortunately I was traveling. I reviewed the photos and Carfax online and decided to pursue the car. They charged me a $1000 deposit and sold it to someone else. Most unethical business practices ever. I told them if financing doesn't go through I'll buy it cash. They didn't even let me know financing didn't go through they had already sold it to someone else to make a few more thousand. Sad honestly! Hope I get my refund for my deposit soon.
Bought a 2017 Land Rover SVR. Trading in two cars for a fair price as well. Easiest transaction ever
Everything went fine, car was sold while the salesman was getting me information, saw it sold online, sent the salesman a note and never heard from him for a follow up nor a call saying the car sold. Even wrote him a email, never heard from him.
