Moving as soon lease is up I moved here because I thought it was a safe place for my family. Location is great. That's about it. Management is not capable of fixing any situation. They just give you the run-around and ignore situations. They are well aware of drugs abuse and possibly selling. However, they only provide written and verbal warning. Putting at risk everyone that lives here. P.S. Management, do not ask me to communicate with you because it was done several times and you refuse to do anything not offer options.

Do not rent here. It's Horrible I have had horrible mold problems in which it caused my caused my family to have seizures,syncope, vertigo, multiple sinus infections and ear infectious. We have asked the matnance team to fix this matter and still we suffered. We lost most of our belongings and still no help. My kids have missed over a dozen days of school, and also came home due to being I'll from the mold. I was stuck in the hospital with high ammonia levels from the mold. Great young family and pet friendly community! Mariners Cove is a great little apartment community right on the bay in Toms River, NJ. The complex is pet friendly and a majority of the residents own pets or have small children. People are friendly the apartments have new appliances and are quite spacious. The staff is always helpful and courteous. This is a great place to start a family if you are not yet ready to buy a house. May the Odds be Forever in Your Favor I have now been living at this apartment for a little over a year and it is something. When you first come in you see the lovely water and in home washer/dryers, but the actual living here kind of sucks. Parking to begin with is a nightmare. You are alloted one number spot and that's it. Depending on where you live in the complex you have to fight for spots, and don't get me started on guest parking (the rules are crazy, they will tow).
