Dump for the price I use to live there. The place is run down and bathrooms have mold. Air vent is on the wall instead of ceiling so plan on having a stench. If u put in work orders to fix the old run down place u will be targeted anyway they can. Do yourself a favor and spend ur monthly rent money wisely. Beware look elsewhere!! Management may seem nice but when backed into a corner with work orders they will strike back.
Horrible Owners Refused to give a $500 referral or take it off a rental payment, wouldn’t send anyone to fix an air conditioner, and did not give back the security deposit for a blind that was already broken. Other neighbors have complained as well.
Beautiful Views and a quiet neighborhood. I moved in a few months ago and I love it!! The units are cozy and quiet. It is a townhouse so you have two levels (no noisy neighbors above you!!.) The complex is quiet and the services are great. The wonderful office staff is there 6 days a week if you need anything and maintenance is on site. It is a refreshing change from the noisy apartment complex I was at before!
Not worth applying They did not return my $250 reservation fee after getting decline. I already paid $50 for the application and Silvia said I will get my refund for 7-10 days if I get decline or cancel an application. They dispute the $250
Don’t do it! Not worth the money! No real amenities, you have to pay for a card to use the gym if you want and it’s just an old apartment with a few machine thrown in it, you also only get one car and have to pay an additional price to have the second. When we open our dryer you can feel the cold air coming in as well as from the moldy gross AC units. The carpets are absolutely disgusting and when we moved in the apartment was barley cleaned. Don’t be fooled by the “pretty views” First of all when you go to look at the apartment you don’t get to see an actual unit, it’s a model unit that’s in pristine condition. My actual unit was beaten up, had a moldy dishwasher and a broken washing machine right when I moved in. The heat is electric so be prepared to pay a $300+ electric bill in the winter (I’m not joking). The workers in the leasing office are absolutely useless when it comes to complaints. Dont be fooled Unit is constantly freezing during the winter months. The only way to keep it warm in the essential rooms is to leave the heat on 70. Your electric bill will be around 300 each month from nov to apr. Almost everything is broken in my unit from light fixtures to dryers. The price is not worth the view of a very dirty lagoon ??.
Not worth it The water view, pet friendly policy, and well kept model are all very enticing, but do not be deceived. The units themselves are in poor condition...Cracked paint in multiple places under the most recent layer of paint on every single wall (which also must be the cheapest paint out there - can't even use a magic eraser for minor scuffs or it takes the paint off), odd office-like ceiling tiles in the kitchen and living room instead of an actual ceiling, smaller than average living spaces and extremely limited sto... read more

Dirty and shady I moved in here in July. The apartment was dirty and the fridge had someone’s leftover fast food in it. The light fixtures were filled with dead bugs and still have dead bugs in them now. Maintenance fixed one of the light fixtures and dumped the dead bugs on our dishes in the sink. This past weekend they towed my car that was in the parking spot that I pay for.
