Horrible service! The gate is continuesly broken, my closet has fell apart numerous times, as well as the dish washer. Beautiful luxury apartments on the outside but the inside appliances are cheap. They want you to turn your TV off at a specific time so it won't " wake up" the neighbors. Not to mention they are racist. Black people are not treated fairly here at all. I would not recommend moving to Mariner Grove at all! Rate 1 out of 5 stars!!

This is wonderful place to live. I loved living here until I got relocated. The property is beautiful and the staff is amazing!!!!!!
This community is one of the best hands down. From the day I toured until I moved out(only moved because of location), I've had one of the best living experiences here! If I'm ever back in Savannah, this will be my home once again!
