Living at Mariner Grove is not only convenient and accommodating but also luxurious ! Highly recommend if you are wanting to live downtown without all the fuss. Gated community with large parking lots and lots of amenities. Staff is so friendly and are only just a phone call or a walk away. With any problem that arises they are quick to help and always make you feel like your their highest priority. RecommendedGreat experience living at Mariner Grove so far! Love the amenities and staff. I left 4 and a half not 5 only because the dog park can use some TLC. Other than that It has been great!
THE WORST. If I could give less than one star I would. The only “luxurious” thing about this apartment complex is that they have trash pick up- if that is a luxury. And if you try to take your own garbage out just know that you will not actually be able to put the trash into the compactor because all the trash is always piled up outside with flies and bugs.
