I was looking for a portable solution to hold scuba tanks and spearguns on my small boat. I contacted Joe and asked if he had any prebuilt stock. This was a last minute purchase prior to heading offshore to shoot fish the next morning. He said no but I can build one and have it ready to pick up on my way home from work.
