Great staff! Handles every problem with care and urgency. Since moving here I have found a community and a relax mellow life. Special thanks to Sarah for finding me exactly what I was looking for and making the application process easy!
Water is always cold the laundry room but overall everything else is beautiful
Last Saturday I went to the Marine View tenant Bingo Day. It was so much fun! The hotdogs, fruit, soda, chips and ice cream deserts were delicious. And the prizes were so amazing that I couldn't believe my own eyes. I won a beautiful wine basket, a basket of household goods that I really needed and a free carpet cleaning. I feel so blessed to live here. Sandy our manager did a great job of creating a lovely day for us. I can't wait for the next one!
Do not move here. My family has had an awful experience at Marine View Apartments. There has been an ongoing rat infestation, and despite multiple complaints, management has not handled the issue properly. We’ve found rat droppings in and around the apartment and have continued to see signs of rodents. On top of that, there has been serious mold and moisture issues. We have lived at Marine View for 11 years and it honestly is the best spot in SoCal. Cant beat the wind from the bluffs, you can literially walk out your back porch, down alma and have your feet wet in the ocean in 8 minutes. Some apartments are able to see Catalina Island from the back porch too. They do great work, if there is ever any maintenance issues I call them and 99% of the time it will get handled same day but if they cannot get to it same day, it will be done next day.
